But Ramya didn\u2019t let that hold her back. She enrolled in the Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Engineering and decided to take on the challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"In the beginning, coding was very challenging for me. But within a few days, I found myself to be a changed individual, high in confidence,\u201d Janet recalls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Balancing her coursework with parenting wasn\u2019t easy, but Ramya credits her mentors and program coordinators for their constant support and encouragement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"My Program Manager was such an inspiration to me. She guided me through the program and motivated me whenever I felt clueless,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her hard work paid off when she secured an internship as a Machine Learning Engineer at Sustain Lab, Sweden\u2013 a competitive job market where her newly acquired skills made all the difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
