It has been an amazing journey with Great Learning. They have successfully transformed a mechanical engineer to a data scientist in just five months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was scared before joining the course as I had around 2.5 years of career gap, and I was from a mechanical engineering background. I thought that this would create some problems in getting me the job. But as the course started, I got comfortable with the course content and teachers. The content is designed in such a way that a person with no prior knowledge of programming can comfortably do it. The daily assignments and mini-projects of each topic helped me to make a strong grip on that topic. All the faculty have in-depth knowledge of theory as well as tools\/software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our program manager Jagmeet Ma\u2019am<\/strong> was very helpful for any concerns in between the course. The main advantage of this course is that it is a full-time classroom program. So you can clear your doubts from the teachers right away as well as you can take the help of your classmates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With God\u2019s grace, I got placed with two companies even before the completion of the course (Capgemini and EXL). Career gap didn\u2019t make any hindrance as I had good technical skills. I want to thank Vikalp Sir<\/strong>, Mishthy Ma'am<\/strong>, and Ankita Ma\u2019am<\/strong> who guided me to make the right decision in choosing the company and they also helped me to negotiate the salary with the companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, I am thankful to all my teachers, mentors, and the whole Great Learning team for their guidance throughout the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
