Associate Professor, Management & Organisation, NUS Business School,
National University of Singapore.

Prof. Jayanth (Jay) Narayanan is an Associate Professor of Management & Organisations at the NUS Business School. He received his Ph.D. from the London Business School and was a professor at IMD in Switzerland prior to re-joining NUS in 2018. Professor Jay teaches MBA, and Executive MBA courses and has been the Director of the Ph.D. program for the Management and Organisation department at the NUS Business School. Over the course of his career, he has trained several thousand Senior and Mid-Level executives across the world and from various Industries.
