What is the difference between AI tools and AI agents?
Many AI tools respond to a prompt or help with one task. AI agents can work through a sequence of steps toward a defined goal, using context and information from different sources to produce an outcome.
What do you mean by “AI employees”?
It is a way to describe AI agents that can be assigned defined work across a workflow. It is a metaphor, not a claim that AI is a literal employee: people still set the goal, provide context, and review the result.
Do I need coding or technical experience?
No. The session is designed for working professionals, not just developers. We will explain the concepts in plain language and demonstrate a workflow without requiring you to write code.
Who should attend, and is this relevant to my role?
The session is for working professionals who want to use AI beyond one-off prompts. The concepts apply across Marketing, Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Product, Consulting, and other functions.
What will I learn, and will there be a live demo?
You will learn how AI agents differ from everyday AI tools and how multi-step workflows use context and information. A live example will show an agent bringing multiple sources together and turning them into useful outputs.
Do I need to install or set up anything before attending?
No. You can watch the live demonstration without setting anything up. The tools will be shown during the session; access to them may be needed only if you later choose to recreate a similar workflow.
Will a recording be available?
Yes. A recording will be shared after the session. Details on how to access it will be sent to registered attendees.
Will the AI-Native Professional Program be covered?
The masterclass focuses on the concepts and live demonstration. We will also introduce Great Learning’s AI-Native Professional Program for those who want structured, mentor-led practice building their own AI workflows.
