Docker Orchestration

These days when we deploy software, we do so in a controlled environment, where we know how many nodes are up supporting our software, and we control the number of nodes based on our requirements. To do this with containers, we make use of container orchestration tools. Orchestration allows for easy management and maintenance of containers making software deployment easy. In this course, we will be studying what docker orchestration is in detail, understanding its benefits, its drawbacks, and how it is used with docker locally and on a cloud. While we will learn how to make use of the docker swarm, which is an internal docker service that allows us to orchestrate containers, we will also be using a cloud-based orchestration service such as ECR and ECS.
