Managed Services & Deployment Models
Public, private, community, and hybrid are the four managed cloud services, and Platform-as-a-Service, Software-as-a-Service, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service are the three known deployment models in cloud computing.
Pricing & Scaling Model
Pay-as-Use, Subscription-based, Hybrid pricing models are the three scaling models, but every cloud computing provider classifies the pricing models differently. Scaling adds or removes compute, storage, and network services to accomplish workload demands for resources to maintain availability and performance as utilization increases.
