We started this brand campaign on our diverse social media channels, including FacebookInstagramTwitter, and LinkedIn. Our team has creatively designed the campaign to highlight the major difference between the degrees we used to pursue and how they should be in present times. The campaign showcases the changes we have experienced over the years. We have updated our gadgets, lifestyle choices, and platforms we use, but the degrees we are pursuing are still unchanged, they are still outdated and do not include industry-relevant skills. The campaign’s purpose is to make the audience realize that we should also update our education processes and skills when everything else is updated as per the new norms.

After the formal recognition of online degrees by UGC under the New Education Policy, obtaining new-age degrees has become more accessible and more affordable.

At Great Learning, one of the leading Edtech companies of India, we offer UGC-recognised new-age degrees that include MBA, MCA, BBA, M.Tech, etc., from top universities. These new-age degrees offer high-demand specializations like data science, cloud computing, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and more. It will help learners grasp industry-relevant skills and hands-on experience to get lucrative jobs. Using these degrees and specializations, the professionals or freshers can build their successful careers in the mad race of jobs, via learning new age industry-relevant skills. The learners also get career support from Great Learning with access to career workshops, resume building, interview preparation sessions, and job opportunities from more than 500 companies.

During the campaign, we have also announced a social media contest for our audience. The participants are asked to showcase their creativity and submit quirky headlines that would capture the essence of the #NayeZamaaneKiDegree. The top entries in the contest will win a reward, and their entries will go live on our social media handles.

As per the Chief Marketing Officer of Great Learning, Aparna Mahesh, “In a highly volatile digital economy, employers are looking to hire talent with industry-relevant skill sets, so they can start adding value right from the start. Just the stamp of a degree is not enough, it is important for young professionals to demonstrate a holistic understanding of the fundamentals needed for the job. UGC-approved online degrees from reputed institutes, supported by tech platforms like ours, will ensure a wide number of students across have access to high-quality, industry-relevant education. With this campaign, we aim to strike a chord with our target audience on the need to choose the right degree for themselves. The response to this campaign has been overwhelming so far. It is great to see the idea of this communication resonate with so many learners across domains and sectors.”

The campaign started getting very high responses from the audience and received creative entries in huge numbers. Seeing the initial response, we are planning to run the campaign for a couple of months.
