The Time is Now to Prepare for the Future of Work

The U.S. Labor Department reported that 34.4 million Americans quit their jobs in 2021 with over 24 million having done so since April 2021. Further, it has been observed that freelancers are 50% more inclined to upskill themselves than full-time employees.
