Table of contents

We, at Great Learning, believe in the significance of learning and continuous improvement. Being one of the leading Indian EdTech companies, Great Learning has released a new TVC emphasizing learning even in one’s victory or defeats. The video features our brand ambassador Virat Kohli to signify the importance of learning in every circumstance of life.  The ad film has been launched as a part of its multi-film campaign titled ‘Power Ahead’.

The TV commercial draws attention towards the significance of lifelong and continuous learning from one’s victories and defeats. Virat Kohli, in the TVC, tells how he has learned and grown with his victories, defeats, right or wrong decisions, criticisms, applauds, and everything else in his career. He further adds that to get successful in either cricket or life,  one must always have the willingness to learn new things.

The ad signifies that upskilling is important for students and professionals to power ahead in their careers. It places its focus on “Jo Seekhta Hai Wahi Aage Badhta Hai” which means that the one who constantly learns, powers ahead in personal and professional life. Upskilling and continuous learning help in facing rapid changes in the industry, getting new opportunities for growth, and creating the willingness to adapt and change as per the requirement.

As per our Chief Executive Officer, Aparna Mahesh, “Virat embodies Great Learning’s philosophy of lifelong learning and disciplined effort in his game. His ethos of pursuing excellence is exactly what we follow at Great Learning while delivering our programs across domains to our learners. We believe his passion to stay at the top of his game will inspire our learners and audience to uplift their careers through mentored learning.”

This creative concept of the campaign is given by Sideways and it is directed by Cornerstone. Abhijit Avasthi, the co-founder of Sideways said, “Great Learning’s stance of ‘Jo seekhta hai, wahi aagey badhta hai’ is true of any sphere of life or career. Virat is an embodiment of this philosophy. And the results are there for all to see. We have seen a lot of traction ever since we launched this thought last August. We hope to continue and build on the momentum.”
