Coursera for Campus

The initiative ‘Coursera for Campus’ was introduced by Coursera last year during the global lockdown owing to the COVID-19 outbreak. Altering to the sudden need to offer an undisrupted flow of education to college students, Coursera started providing free courses to higher secondary learners to arm themselves with industry-relevant skills. In fact, through this platform, the partnered universities are provided access to more than 4,200 courses that they can seamlessly integrate into their curricula.

The enrolled students are able to go through on-demand video lectures from leading universities and companies like Yale, Google, IBM to learn in-demand skills in data science, design, project management, digital marketing, through various guided projects. The learners are also rewarded  with professional certifications on the completion of their programs.

edX

With edX, the learners can take up more than 2500 free online interactive courses from 140 world-class colleges and universities. Founded by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard University, edX offers classes in computer science, business and management, engineering, languages, data science and the humanities. Students can browse courses by subject, school or partner, level (introductory through advanced) and language.

All these programs offered are self-paced and therefore, enable the learners to learn at their own convenience.
