AIM has announced its annual one day conference, which will be held on 20th March, 2020 in Bengaluru. The conference is hosted to celebrate women in the field of Data Science and acts as a platform for exchanging ideas. It is said to have over 250 participants and feature up to 15 talks by industry experts. The conference will help inspire more women to join the field and will inculcate a feeling of equality among the attendees. It is said to feature panel discussions and other activities. It’s safe to say that this is a great way to celebrate women’s achievements in the world of Data Science. 

Health Data Research UK launches £1m data science partnership

The healthcare sector has always been of extreme importance and any new technology which would help improve patient care, must definitely be implemented here. The health data research UK recently launched a new opportunity for organisations to utilise large-scale data analysis. HDRUK is said to support catalyst projects which will demonstrate how patient care can be improved with the help of data-driven health care. The organisation will team up with the Health Foundation and could receive up to  £200,000 funds for research.
