Lean Product Development
In this module, we’ll learn the fundamentals of lean product development, explore the principles that guide it, and analyze the Qualtrics case study to understand its practical application.
Agile and Other Product Development Approaches
In this module, we’ll explore agile product development, its various methodologies, and frameworks such as Sprint and Kanban. We will also understand the waterfall model and compare it with agile approaches.
User Stories
In this module, we’ll learn to create and manage user stories, and understand the relationship between initiatives, epics, and user stories for effective product planning.
JIRA Tool – Hands-on
In this module, you’ll gain practical experience using JIRA to manage product development workflows, track progress, and collaborate effectively.
