Job Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic, self-driven B2B marketer with a passion for content and storytelling. This role will lead content strategy and execution across the enterprise business, working closely with sales, delivery, and creative teams to build brand credibility, drive engagement, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a keen eye for messaging, and proven experience in creating impactful marketing and sales enablement collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Content Strategy & Writing: Own and evolve enterprise-focused marketing collateral, including CXO decks, proposals, brochures, and other assets, with clear, persuasive messaging that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Deliver Sales Enablement: Translate product and solution details into business-ready messaging for sales decks, playbooks, and objection handlers. Partner with sales and delivery to craft compelling success stories.
  • Define Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product and sales to shape GTM strategy and launch content for priority enterprise offerings, new programs, and key initiatives.
  • Drive Full-Funnel Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns across email, webinars, social, and events to build pipeline and brand awareness.
  • Manage Marketing Operations: Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to optimize campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, especially in content strategy and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to write, edit, and structure content for business and enterprise audiences.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams, designers, and product teams to craft high-impact messaging.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in the edtech or enterprise training domain is a plus
