Great Learning is hiring experienced quality analysts to work full-time with us. We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team and help check our programs/courses that meet our organization’s quality standards. The responsibility of quality analysts is to create and execute test plans to ensure our processes function properly. Identify and remedy problems, recommend actions to meet quality assurance standards, and ensure that industry rules and regulations are followed. Quality analysts also investigate any learner queries or complaints and ensure the user’s expectations are met during testing before programs are consumed by the learners. Implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates with keen analytical thinking skills and the ability to adapt. If you have good communication skills and at least three years of experience in quality assurance, our company could be the perfect fit for you.

  • Proficient in reviewing content to align with specified standards and guidelines generating accurate edits.
  • Gathering and documenting evidence of product performance during reviews in accordance with product specifications.
  • Meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets while promptly notifying the manager of associated risks.
  • Preparing edit logs and review reports detailing error types identified by the development team.
  • Identifying recurring content issues within project teams and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Compiling and analyzing statistical data.
  • Ensuring testing processes meet user expectations.
  • Drafting quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Investigating customer complaints and program-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years
  • Scrutinizing data to pinpoint patterns and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Devising and executing quality control protocols.
  • Working alongside internal teams to address quality concerns.
  • Recording and conveying test outcomes to internal stakeholders.
  • Engaging in ongoing efforts to enhance operational excellence.
  • Proven work experience as a quality analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
  • Document QA testing processes.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst.
