Job Description
- Program Launch Ownership: Drive the planning and execution of new online program launches across international markets (e.g., US, LATAM, Europe, SEA, Middle East), ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate across curriculum, tech, marketing, sales, learner success, and university partners to ensure all launch activities are synchronized and delivered on time.
- Webinar Planning & Execution: Lead the setup and delivery of program-specific webinars for international audiences—coordinate with faculty, guest speakers, marketing, and operations to ensure high-quality execution and attendee engagement.
- Project Planning & Tracking: Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, ownership, and timelines. Continuously monitor progress, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior leadership on project status, risks, and dependencies. Ensure alignment among all stakeholders through structured communication.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline future program and webinar launches.
- Market Readiness: Work with regional and product marketing teams to ensure programs are tailored to market needs, including messaging, positioning, and regional localization.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in edtech, consulting, international business, or B2C services.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects, events, and product launches in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience planning and delivering digital events/webinars for global audiences.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Comfort working with remote, cross-cultural teams across time zones.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with international markets (US, LATAM, Europe, SEA, or MENA) is advantageous.
