Job Description
- Responsible for sales of a product line for the North America market
- Ownership quarterly revenue and growth targets of your respective products.
- Identify product opportunities and market trends in advance to help the organization build capabilities to harness the benefits and gain early mover advantages.
- Identify new markets and prospects for potential business partners who would engineer non-linear growth.
- Working with the marketing team to ensure acquisition costs are within prescribed limits.
- Work with training and audit teams to rigorously spread best practices across
- Sales Team leading to measurable growth, low malpractices and high customer centricity.
- Training and coaching a new line of leaders in your span to take on more challenges and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a Sales manager or Sr sales managers
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Good communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
- Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
- Experience working with international customers. Exposure to North American clients is a plus.
