I’m Amey V Shenwai. I am a Deputy General Manager of Vodafone. I have over 20 years of expertise managing Service & Delivery, Risk, and Governance models for customers in the BFSI, ITES, Telecom, and Healthcare industries.
The PGP-AIFL program’s learning was excellent, and the capstone was one of the program’s highlights. We were a five-person team who chose the topic AI-based Farm Fish Disease Detection System to Assist Micro and Small Fish Farmers for our capstone. We were a group of seafood connoisseurs who like all forms of seafood, including fish. Because of our interest in food, we came up with the notion of assisting in the advancement of fish culture.
Initially, we intended to put everything we’d learned into practice. We used CV and CNN to detect diseased fish in images and videos. Following the implementation of Proactive Image & Video Detection of Fish with Diseases, it is possible to have a healthier life.

With amazing mentoring from Anwesh Sir and Dr. Narayana Sir, we had a fantastic team composition of technical and business ability among the five of us.
The AIFL experience has been quite positive and encouraging. Despite being online, the live classroom sessions were highly informative and helped me turn a new leaf in terms of finding out a new dimension to technology and learning. During this age of epidemic and its unforeseen problems, I wish I could devote more time to practical matters. However, I would always suggest the Great Learning team’s professionalism and expertise to my peers and friends.
I haven’t been able to put the thoughts into practice at work yet. However, wish to do it in the near future. This educational experience, on the other hand, has provided a welcome reprieve from my previously hectic schedule.
