Dr. Ian McCulloh
Manager of Artificial Intelligence Continuing and Executive Education, Johns Hopkins University
Dr. Ian McCulloh leads the Artificial Intelligence portfolio for Johns Hopkins Engineering Executive and Professional Education. His work integrates AI, neuroscience, and human behavior to build scalable, real-world systems that expand access to essential services and healthcare. He previously served as Accenture’s Chief Data Scientist, leading a 1,200-member Federal AI practice delivering solutions across the U.S. Government. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications.
