About the Role
• Deliver analytical solutions and actionable insights to solve business problems across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Analytics, and Revenue.• Build and enhance the business intelligence layer integrated with our in-house CRM (Shine), enabling automated reporting and insights for Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.• Develop analytical models to identify key business drivers and uncover opportunities to improve marketing conversions, learner success, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency.• Design and automate data-driven interventions to accelerate business growth.• Support A/B testing and experimentation with Product and Sales teams to improve lead conversion and business performance.• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Requirements
• 0-2 Years of experience in Analytics
• Degree in BTech or MCA• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.• Good hands-on experience with Python and SQL.• Experience with at least one BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI or Metabase. Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.• Exposure to AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI SDK, or similar is preferred.• Familiarity with APIs, AI tool integrations, or MCP (Model Context Protocol) concepts is a plus.• Eagerness to learn and work on AI-powered analytics solutions.
