Job Description

As a Learning Consultant/Senior Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for driving
enrollments for our high-end, premium professional certification and degree programs (including
advanced programs in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Business Analytics in
partnership with top global universities like IIT Bombay and Johns Hopkins University). You will
act as a trusted advisor to working professionals and students, helping them choose the right
career path and educational programs to accelerate their careers.

What you will do:

• Consultative Sales: Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals and
provide personalized program recommendations that bridge the gap between their current
skills and aspirations.
• End-to-End Funnel Management: Own the entire sales journey, including lead qualification,
career counseling, objection handling, and driving enrollments.
• Strategic Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue
targets while delivering a superior customer experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for
new learners.

Job Details

Location: Gurgaon and Bangalore
Work Mode: Onsite (6 Days a Week)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Education: Candidates with an Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E) or Postgraduates
(MBA/PGDM) are preferred. While a technical foundation is an advantage, what truly stands
out is strong learning agility, quick grasping ability, and excellent information retention.
• Experience: Professionals with 1-4 years of proven sales experience who have consistently
demonstrated strong communication, relationship-building, and conversion capabilities.
• Freshers: Highly motivated, ambitious freshers with exceptional communication skills and a
"can-do" attitude are welcome to apply.
• Industry Background: Candidates with experience in high-touch, consultative sales
environments, particularly EdTech/Education, Hospitality, BFSI, or Real Estate, are
preferred.

background.
