Job Description
- Develop comprehensive long-form content assets such as program brochures, career guides, curriculum guides, project reports, one-pagers, mailers, and other marketing collateral to support learner engagement and program promotion.
- Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand tone and messaging.
- Manage and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure timely creation, review, and updates of all content assets.
- Review and refine content created by junior writers, providing constructive feedback and mentoring to improve overall content quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to create and update content based on evolving business requirements.
- Conduct in-depth secondary research on emerging technologies, industry trends, career pathways, and the evolving edtech landscape to create insightful and informative content.
- Work on data-driven research reports by collecting, filtering, analyzing, and presenting information in a clear and structured format.
- Write high-performing ad copy, blogs, emailers, and digital marketing content to support lead generation and program marketing initiatives.
- Analyze content performance and marketing data to improve the effectiveness of communication assets across channels.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in English or Journalism,
- 3–4 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or editorial roles, preferably in the edtech or education industry.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, audience-friendly narratives.
- Exceptional editing, proofreading, and grammar skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience in creating long-form marketing and informational content.
- Strong understanding of marketing communication and brand storytelling for a US/global audience.
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple formats and channels.
- Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a structured approach to content planning and execution.
