Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at Great Learning, you will own end-to-end outcomes for a critical product area—either:
• Growth & Monetization: driving lead generation, funnel conversion, and revenue growth in close partnership with Sales and Marketing, or
• Learner experience: shaping the core learning journey, engagement, and outcomes for our learners.
You will
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligned with company goals.
• Own key product metrics and use data, research, and stakeholder inputs to identify high-impact problems and opportunities.
• Continuously identify and drive AI-powered solutions that make Great Learning an AI-native organization.
• Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and partner with design and engineering to deliver solutions.
• Ensure the front-end experience, back-end capabilities, and system logic come together to solve user problems effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Academics to launch and scale product features successfully.
• Work with the analytics team to design experiments, measure impact, and iterate rapidly on product changes.
• Champion the learner and shape how online education is delivered today and in the future at Great Learning.


Qualifications


• 3–6 years of relevant product management experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant product areas.
• MBA or technical degree (or equivalent experience) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, ideally with experience in building or integrating AI-powered products or workflows.
• Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and make data-informed decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Comfort owning both the user experience and the underlying product logic across front-end and back-end components.
• Passion for EdTech and for building products that improve learner outcomes and drive business growth.
