Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager at Great Learning, you will own end-to-end outcomes for a critical product area—either:
• Growth & Monetization: driving lead generation, funnel conversion, and revenue growth in close partnership with Sales and Marketing, or• Learner experience: shaping the core learning journey, engagement, and outcomes for our learners.
You will
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligned with company goals.• Own key product metrics and use data, research, and stakeholder inputs to identify high-impact problems and opportunities.• Continuously identify and drive AI-powered solutions that make Great Learning an AI-native organization.• Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and partner with design and engineering to deliver solutions.• Ensure the front-end experience, back-end capabilities, and system logic come together to solve user problems effectively.• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Academics to launch and scale product features successfully.• Work with the analytics team to design experiments, measure impact, and iterate rapidly on product changes.• Champion the learner and shape how online education is delivered today and in the future at Great Learning.
Qualifications
• 3–6 years of relevant product management experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant product areas.
• MBA or technical degree (or equivalent experience) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, ideally with experience in building or integrating AI-powered products or workflows.
• Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and make data-informed decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Comfort owning both the user experience and the underlying product logic across front-end and back-end components.
• Passion for EdTech and for building products that improve learner outcomes and drive business growth.
