Tony O'Driscoll
Co-Academic Program Director
Tony O’Driscoll is an Adjunct Professor at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and the Pratt School of Engineering. His work sits at the intersection of business, technology, innovation, and learning, with a focus on how emerging technologies reshape organizational leadership and performance. He held strategic roles at IBM, Nortel Networks, and Duke Corporate Education, where he launched global initiatives, advised executives, and led transformation and learning strategies.

Associate Dean, Executive Education
Dr. Richard Freishtat leads all aspects of the Executive Education portfolio including strategy, business development, finance, curriculum, and program delivery focused on making a positive impact through the cutting-edge work of faculty. He has been a faculty member in Executive Education designing and delivering communications and leadership programs since 2013 to thousands of executives across the globe from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
