  • Learning Consultant - Domestic Sales

    • Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programs offered for the Domestic/International Market

  • Data Scientist

    • Own the quality of end to end learning experience for our global flagship programs in the domain of analytics, data science and artificial intelligence
    • Own the hands on development of all the different components of the learning experience, including but not limited to video content, hands-on/ labs material, projects and various other learning activities/interventions. This will include engaging with SMEs/faculties/industry experts.
    • Be a mentor / training assistant to hundreds of global professional by providing technical support, guidance and feedback in a timely manner

    • 1+ years of working experience in Data Science, Analytics or Artificial Intelligence

    • Good Knowledge of GST laws/ Income Tax laws and regulations and implement necessary change, if required

    • Filing of TDS returns and making the TDS payments for all the group entities.
    • Preparation of the GST reconciliations GSTR-1 Vs GSTR-3B Vs GSTR 2B VS Books etc communicating the finding within the team, vendors and consultants wherever required for all group entities
    • Promptly responding to the notices received from the department and coordinating with the consultants for timely submission of data and closure of the notices for all group entities
    • Preparation and filing of Income tax return and tax audits.

  • Content Strategist

  • Assistant Manager - CRM


    Key responsibilities:
    • Plan & execute targeted CRM campaign across multiple customer channels of SMS, Email, and Push Notifications.
    • Produce and execute email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
    • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. Testing includes message content, CTAs, customer cohorts, and segments, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift.
    • Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.
    • Work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize the campaign's creative and template structure based on best practices.
    • Provide regular campaign performance reports & maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all email marketing campaigns.


    Job Requirements
    • The candidate needs to have 2+ years of relevant experience and a strong blend of hard and soft skills.

  • Intern- HRBP

    About the internship
    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Innovate and execute: Take ownership of exciting projects by diving into research,
    • brainstorming creative ideas, and turning plans into action. You'll observe outcomes and offer impactful recommendations, making your mark on the future of our organization.

  • Senior Video Editor

    • Execute the filming of high-quality professional audio and video footage (arrange for and operate required camera, audio and lighting equipment) and work with the talent to deliver within required schedules learning content video assets)
    • Correctly estimate and communicate the time and effort needed to perform tasks.
    • Contribute to the conceptualization of projects.
    • Edit content in collaboration with the content team to an exceptional standard and create repeatable / streamlined processes for on-going and future project needs
    • Ideate, create and manipulate complementary compelling and dynamic animated and static graphics to improve comprehension of filmed learning content and concepts
    • Create basic video edits - automated audio syncing, color correction and grading, audio noise removal, trimming of non-content footage, basic titling and logging of content
    • Work with the content team to determine methods to improve learning (notes,multi-windows, illustrations, other learning aids) and technically execute the recommendations throughout the lifecycle of a production)
    • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of content (continuity, lip sync, focus, order of topics, segmentation into clips)
    • Create the final cut rendered in appropriate formats
    • Be responsible for the backup and archival of final cut content according to SOP guidelines
    • Consult and communicate effectively with team members and other company stakeholders and interface with other departments to execute ad-hoc video projects as required
    • Handle event requests for recording video, with quick editing turnaround time and suitable quality to enable uploading of clips onto the company’s social media channels
    • Identify equipment needs and maintain current equipment (including software / OS)
    • Quickly learn, adapt, and integrate emerging AI-based tools and workflows to enhance video production, editing efficiency, and content quality
    • Utilize AI-powered solutions for video dubbing, voice replacement, and accent neutralization to localize learning content across multiple languages for global audiences
    • Collaborate with content and localization teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance of dubbed and AI-enhanced video content
    • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
    • 4+ years of video editing and design experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (including sound sync, audio noise removal, lower thirds titling, color correction, green screen keying, title animations)
    • Familiarity with best practices for video recording (audio levels, mic setup, lighting setup, camera and related equipment setup and operation)
    • Familiarity with screen capture software and technologies
    • Ability to work independently and be a proactive learner
    • Good communication skills – verbal and written

  • Senior Copywriter

    • Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand tone and messaging.
    • Manage and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure timely creation, review, and updates of all content assets.
    • Review and refine content created by junior writers, providing constructive feedback and mentoring to improve overall content quality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to create and update content based on evolving business requirements.
