It was an interactive session, where we discussed in detail and depth the six principles of Influencing. I would like to rate this session 4/5.

Activity Briefing & Peer Discussion was helpful. All doubts were addressed, and proper support was provided. The experience of peer discussion, learned during the session, was quite interesting.

It was nice to review Managers/Leaders with the team. I strongly believe managers are the next set of leaders in the making, and there is a thin line between the managers and leaders.
