He has delivered applied training sessions in Business Analytics, R Programming, Business Statistics, HR Analytics, and Marketing Analytics for professionals and students across top organisations such as Tata Motors, Wipro, John Deere, Capgemini, Bosch, and L&T. With research published in reputed ABDC- and SCOPUS-indexed journals, Dr. Abhijeet ensures that his teaching is grounded in academic rigour while staying deeply relevant to industry needs. His structured, example-driven approach helps learners grasp key analytics concepts and apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.

Dr. Sanyukta Jolly is Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management with over two decades of experience in academia and corporate training. She has held prominent leadership positions in reputed institutions, contributing significantly to curriculum development and international collaborations. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, along with a Bachelor's, Master's, and M.Phil. in Psychology from the University of Delhi. Dr. Jolly teaches a wide array of courses across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programs, specializing in OB, HRM, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her research interests span employee engagement, organizational commitment, leadership in VUCA environments, performance management, and training and development. As a recognized corporate trainer, she has led impactful workshops on leadership and behavioral skills for organizations such as EIL, AAI, GAIL, DGR, and MES. She has trained IAS and IPS officers in areas including emotional intelligence, attitude transformation, conflict resolution, and stress management.

Jolly Priya is a seasoned leadership facilitator, behavioral trainer, and certified executive coach (ICF-ACC, MGSCC, Positive Psychology Coach) with over 20 years of experience in sales, service, and training. She has impacted over 30,000 professionals globally across corporations, multinational corporations, government bodies, and academic institutions. She teaches electives at IIM Indore and IIM Lucknow, with expertise in emotional intelligence, negotiation, leadership, gender sensitization, and positive psychology. A Certified Behavioral Assessor and POSH expert, she also serves as an external ICC member for institutions like IIM Indore and Khaitan & Co., supporting the design of POSH policies and IC frameworks across organizations.
