Prof. Jayanth (Jay) Narayanan is an Associate Professor of Management & Organisations at the NUS Business School. He received his Ph.D. from the London Business School and was a professor at IMD in Switzerland prior to re-joining NUS in 2018. Professor Jay teaches MBA, and Executive MBA courses and has been the Director of the Ph.D. programme for the Management and Organisation department at the NUS Business School. Over the course of his career, he has trained several thousand Senior and Mid-Level executives across the world and from various Industries. <br> Some of his corporate clients include Alcatel-Lucent, Goldman Sachs, Banco Santander, Schenkel Logistics, Norsk Hydro, Japan Tobacco, Suntory, and Mitsubishi Chemicals.

I have enjoyed all the modules. I haven't been introduced to most of the topics earlier so there was steep learning curve to get use to. ,Identifying the stakeholders for the success of the project/task. It was interesting as I was introduced to the adversaries group and importantly not to spend much energy in convincing them. Yes, I would like to take up the refresher course and advance course for the advancement of the skills learnt and applied. Yes, it does. Though real outcomes would take a bit of time but I now know the tools and topics available to look at things bit more holistically.
