They collaborate with vendors and carrier services to ensure correct logistics and timeliness, as well as assist clients in resolving shipment difficulties and complaints. They fix and maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases, as well as handle other administrative, clerical, or managerial duties as requested.
