Great Learning brings you this live session on "Swift Basics for Absolute Beginners". In this session, we’ll cover the concepts of a new programming language developed by Apple Inc. for iOS and OS X development which adopts the best of C and Objective-C, without the constraints of C compatibility. We are going to download and install XCode software to start our Swift 4 coding in Playground. We will also look at the basic concepts used in Swift Language such as syntax, variables, data types and operators. This session will help you answer a variety of questions you may come across, such as, What is Swift Programming Language? Is it different from C, Java or Python? and much more. We will also have a brief discussion on branching, decision making and looping constructs. This is a beginner-friendly live session that aims at helping you get started with Swift Programming language on the right note!
