Resolving Conflict

Considering the large number of miners working on transactions, there may be a possibility that two different miners complete the task needed to mine a particular block, say 1101, at the same time. Now, two versions of block 1101 will be added to the blockchain. However, the block mined subsequently will be added to one of the versions making it part of the longer chain. The shorter chain is removed from the system and all the transactions in the blocks must be processed again at a later time in another blockchain. This helps in resolving conflicts and maintaining an accurate record of transactions.
